Orders are processed within 2–3 days and shipped via New Zealand Post or Poste Haste. Deliveries are tracked and arrive within 2–3 working days. Rural deliveries may take 4–6 working days.
International orders dispatched from Tokyo are subject to customs and duty charges on entry to your destination country. not a garden shop will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Charges are calculated at checkout. Once passed to the courier, the item becomes the property of the buyer, who is eligible for any customs or duty charges payable on entry.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Tracked shipping only. For any shipping enquiries please contact us directly.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will consider an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Contact us before sending anything back — exchanges sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return postage both ways. Only one exchange per order. Proof of purchase required.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. A 5% fee applies to cover non-refundable transaction and processing costs. Once an order has been packed or dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged we will gladly replace it and cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us with a photo of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for any item that is not of acceptable quality — we will always honour this.
For Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Sale items are final sale. No exchanges. Statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.
